At Carson Integrated, our social committee holds events throughout the year to give our team a chance to relax and de-stress from their work.
Some friendly competition.
Our team members are no strangers to friendly competitions — our annual bocce ball tournament has become a renowned company tradition (with inter-competitor verbal jabs thrown throughout the year).
Recognition where it’s due.
Each year, we hold a ceremony to bestow upon our team members awards voted on by their peers such as our Crown Award and Innovation Award.
End-of-week celebrations.
Even we recognize that the end of the work week is a time to celebrate — that’s why our team has a drink at our company bar, The Crooked Compass, every Friday (drinks on the house).
